Our process

1. Stage 11

   Blueprint

   We sit down with your team, name the business problem, and make the case for solving it. You leave with a Blueprint you own: what gets built first, and why.

2. Stage 22

   Prototype

   Weeks later, not quarters, your people are using the first working version on your own data. They tell us what's right, what isn't, and whether it earns its place.

3. Stage 33

   Launch

   The prototype is the product. We harden it, bring it into your production environment, and roll it out team by team and region by region until people actually use it.

4. Stage 44

   Aftercare

   We keep it stable, keep listening to the people using it, and keep improving it. When your own team is ready to run it, we hand it over: the code, the knowledge, all of it.
